THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This RFI is hereby issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No funds are available to pay for the preparation of responses to this announcement and any information submitted by respondents is strictly voluntary.

Please refer to the attached "Mobile Network Demonstration Vehicle_RFI Ref# 2024-01" and "Att_1_ROM Considerations Worksheet".

Background
The First Responder Network Authority has identified the requirement for a Mobile Network Demonstration Vehicle. There is currently no schedule for issuing a solicitation to satisfy the requirement. The primary purpose of this RFI is to obtain industry feedback in the form of a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) regarding the draft requirements outlined in the attached ROM Considerations Worksheet, to aid in planning.

Work Details
The RFI requests information from potential respondents including their organization details, capabilities statement, recent contracts of similar scope and magnitude, contract vehicles available for procurement, concerns or suggestions regarding the ROM Considerations Worksheet, general questions not related to the ROM Considerations Worksheet, and recommendations on contract type and accuracy. Responses are limited to fifteen (5) pages including graphics and cover page. Responses shall be submitted electronically using Microsoft Word, Excel, or Adobe format with 11-pt. font minimum.
