Mobile Magnetic Separation Unit and Safety Certification Unit

Background
The contractor shall coordinate and/or provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform all work required for the delivery, install, start-up, and training of the brand name, Bouldin & Lawson Mobile Magnetic Separation Unit and Safety Certification Unit at the Recycle Center, Building 953, F. E. Warren AFB, WY in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 27 November 2023.

Work Details
The Contractor shall coordinate and/or provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform all work required for the delivery, start-up, and training of a mobile magnetic separation unit and safety certification unit at the Recycle Center, Bldg 953, Francis E. Warren AFB, Wyoming the Performance Work Statement dated 27 Nov 23.

The Mobile Magnetic Separation Unit (MMSU) will be used in an outdoor environment and must be able to withstand Wyoming weather conditions. The MMSU must also be rust resistant against moisture. The machine will include specific requirements such as brand name Bouldin & Lawson Manufacturer Part #188-MS and compatible with Bouldin & Lawson small arms brass deformer (Model #18852). The Safety Certification Unit (SCU) will also be used in an outdoor environment and must be able to withstand Wyoming weather conditions. The SCU must also be rust resistant against moisture. The machine will include specific requirements such as brand name Bouldin & Lawson Manufacturer Part #18860 and compatible with Bouldin & Lawson small arms brass deformer (Model #18852).
