Mobile Lithotripsy Services - 5 YR BPA - James H. Quillen VAMC   2

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 9, is issuing this solicitation for Mobile Lithotripsy Services to support the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center.
The goal of this contract is to provide onsite lithotripsy services and equipment to eligible beneficiaries, ensuring high-quality care that meets or exceeds recognized standards in the field.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel and equipment necessary for onsite Mobile Lithotripsy Services at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center. This includes:
1. Providing Holmium Laser Systems (both 20 watt & 100 watts) as backup units when the VA-owned laser is unavailable.
2. Supplying additional laser systems including GreenLight XPS Laser System (180 watts), Aura XP Laser System, CO2 Flex Fiber Laser System, and CO2 Laser System Free Beam.
3. Ensuring that a Certified Medical Laser Safety Officer (CLSO or CLSO-M) is present to operate the equipment and maintain safety standards.
4. The contractor must furnish nonpersonal professional and management support services, retaining full responsibility for supervising their personnel without oversight from the VA.

Period of Performance
The contract will be a Five (5) year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with five one-year ordering periods, anticipated to begin on May 1, 2026, and end on April 30, 2031.
