Description

This IDIQ contract has been awarded with a Maximum value of $3,000,000.00 and a five (5) year ordering period for commercial services to provide accurate soil elemental measurements using Mobile Inelastic Neutron Scattering (MINS) methodology at multiple DoD installations and other DoD training lands. The award was made on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) and 13.501(a)(1)(ii).
