Mobile Driver License (mDL or Florida Smart ID) and Verifier Solution

The Florida Department of Highway Safety is seeking a contractor to provide an mDL (mobile driver's license) solution for Florida Credential holders. The contractor will be responsible for passing user acceptance testing and implementing the mDL Solution by a mutually agreed-upon date. The scope of work includes providing additional Identity Verification capabilities to systems maintained by other State of Florida agencies, utilizing open standards such as OpenID or SAML, providing mDL Device Management, reporting and auditing capabilities, in-app customer service support, and adhering to cloud computing requirements. The contract will be established through a Request for Quote process.
