Description

This is a Sources Sought only. The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential sources interested in Mobile Dental service for Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) Readiness Events. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond by submitting the following: (1) positive statement of intent to propose as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form (attached) (3) Please provide an estimated price per event in your email based on the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Information shall be provided via email to: sinamar.b.benauro.civ@army.mil. TNARNG may issue a solicitation and award. All interested parties will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than July 07, 2026 at 10:00 AM central daylight time. Include the following in the subject line- Sources Sought W912L726Q1407. No facsimile or mail responses will be honored.

Background
The Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) is seeking potential sources for Mobile Dental Support Services to enhance the readiness of its personnel during various events.
This sources sought notice aims to gather information from interested contractors who can provide mobile dental services, ensuring that Soldiers meet their dental readiness requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing mobile dental services, which include but are not limited to:
- Conducting dental examinations and treatments in a mobile setting.
- Utilizing mobile platforms that comply with OSHA, ADA, Privacy Act, and HIPAA standards.
- Providing all necessary equipment, materials, and supplies for dental services, including diagnostic tools and sterilization equipment.
- Ensuring that all personnel involved hold active and unrestricted licenses or certifications.
- Completing data entry into the Dental Classification System (DENCLASS) within specified timeframes post-event.
- Submitting an End of Event Summary report detailing services provided and Soldier classifications within 5 days after each event.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed over multiple events scheduled as needed by the TNARNG, which may occur at various military facilities throughout Tennessee.
Events may be single-day or multi-day occurrences based on operational requirements.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed at the Smyrna Volunteer Training Site located at 410 8th Ave, Smyrna, TN 37167, and the Milan Volunteer Training Site at 2280 Highway 104, Milan, TN 38358.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must provide all necessary materials and equipment for mobile dental operations.
All contractor personnel must undergo background investigations and obtain local installation access credentials prior to performing work on any TNARNG installation.
Contractors must ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and maintain active licenses for all service providers involved in the contract.
