Mobile Command and Control Systems (MC2S) Request for Information

Background
The Mobile Command and Control Systems (MC2S) Branch is part of the U.S. Air Force and is responsible for acquiring and sustaining mobile command and control systems in support of the Department of Defense.

This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to gather information on the capabilities of interested contractors to facilitate market research and determine the best strategy to meet these requirements. The RFI does not constitute a request for quote (RFQ) or proposal (RFP), nor does it imply any commitment from the Air Force to procure services.

Work Details
Respondents are requested to provide detailed information regarding their capabilities in several areas:

1. Company Information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact (POC), CAGE Code.

2. Mission-Specific Capabilities:
a. Ability to design, integrate, produce, and sustain mobile command and control systems-of-systems with examples of experience;
b. Additional details in areas such as system engineering, integration/testing of classified systems, EMP hardening/testing, mobile power generation systems, HVAC systems design, water purification systems, satellite communications systems, radio systems, and secure communications capabilities;
c. Experience in partnering with other organizations for system integration.

3. System Sustainment:
a. Experience in ongoing sustainment including depot maintenance and training development;
b. Documentation experience including technical manuals and engineering drawings.

4. Facility and Security:
a. Information on cleared facilities and secure communication capabilities;
b. Experience with Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) facilities;
c. Examples of performance on classified contracts.
