Background
The MNG CONUS SCHOOLS SUPPORT PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) outlines the mission objective, which is to assist Saudi Arabian Ministry of the National Guard (MNG) International Military Students (IMS) and their dependents in traveling abroad to attend United States Department of Defense training/military education, and to support MNG Self-Invited Visits (MSIVs). The support provided allows the MNG IMS to focus on military education.

Work Details
The contract includes establishing two performance organizations within thirty calendar days after contract award, providing full-time permanent party staff or remote support at training locations, submitting various reports such as Functional Hour Cost Report and Program Status Report, establishing and maintaining electronic personnel files for each IMS/ACLO/CLO, providing pre-deployment documentation, VISA processing, medical enrollment, translation services, departure briefings, English Comprehension Level testing support, and transition assistance upon course/mission completion.
Additionally, the contract involves executing MNG Self-Invited Visits (MSIVs) supporting MNG in coordination with the COR and approved by the KO. It also includes CLO and ACLO support for Permanent Change of Stations (PCS), payment of authorized expenses coordinated with the COR and approved by the KO, transfer of Government-furnished property as directed by the KO within thirty days prior to contract completion, and development and submission of a property end-of-contract transition plan within ninety days after contract award.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include KSA for program coordination and guidance, approved training locations in CONUS as directed by the COR, and various other specific locations mentioned in Appendix A.
