Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of certified kosher foods for FCI Marianna. The goal of this contract is to provide a variety of kosher food items that meet specific dietary requirements for the facility's population. This initiative aligns with the Bureau's mission to ensure the humane treatment of inmates while accommodating their dietary needs.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish and deliver the following certified kosher food items:

1. Kosher Margarine, ½ Ounce Sealed Individual Package - Quantity: 216,500 EACH
- Refrigerated or Shelf Stable, Certified Kosher Parve.
- Each package must be marked with kosher certification.

2. Kosher Tomato Catsup, Individual Packet - Quantity: 31,000 EACH
- 9 Gram, Certified Kosher Parve, U.S. Grade A.
- Each package must be marked with kosher certification.

3. Kosher Mustard, Prepared, Yellow (Salad Style), Individual Packet - Quantity: 20,000 EACH
- 9 Gram Packet, Certified Kosher Parve.
- Each package must be marked with kosher certification.

4. Kosher Oatmeal, Instant, Plain, Individual Packet - Quantity: 1,400 EACH
- Manufacturer sealed.

5. Kosher Peanut Butter, Regular, Stabilized, Non-fortified, Individual Packets - Quantity: 20,000 EACH
- 2 ounce Packet, Certified Kosher Parve.
- Each package must be marked with kosher certification.

6. Kosher Potato Chips, Individual Package - Quantity: 15,000 EACH
- Sealed Individual Package, Certified Kosher Parve.

7. Kosher Dressing, Salad, Individual Packet - Quantity: 4,000 EACH
- 9 Gram Certified Kosher Parve.

8. Kosher Sardines in Soybean Oil - Quantity: 350 EACH
- Each package must be marked with kosher certification.

9. Kosher Sugar Substitute (various types) - Quantity: 4,000 EACH
- Each package must be marked with kosher certification.

10. Kosher Tuna in Water (Chunk Light) - Quantity: 768 EACH
- Each package must be marked with kosher certification.

11. Additional items include various meals and snacks such as Chicken Cacciatore Meal (156 EACH), Meatloaf Meal (432 EACH), and Vegetable Protein Lasagna Meal (132 EACH). All items are required to meet specific weight and ingredient standards as outlined in the solicitation.
