Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division is issuing this solicitation for the MK 255 MOD 1 Reduced Ricochet Limited Penetration (RRLP) cartridges, which are utilized for military operations and training by the Naval Special Warfare Command (WARCOM) and the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). The goal of this contract is to manufacture, test, inspect, package, manage, and document these cartridges in accordance with specified requirements.

- Note: 1 Box = 1,740 Rounds.

- Description: Data Requirements IAW Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs), DD1423 A001-A007.

3. **Contract Ceiling**
- Quantity: 1 Each
- Description: This CLIN is only used as a contract ceiling; no orders will be placed against this CLIN.

Period of Performance
Delivery of the smaller quantity of 750 boxes or the Delivery Order amount is due within 180 days, with subsequent deliveries of 1,000 boxes every 60 days thereafter.
