The specific products to be manufactured or delivered under the contract include: 10 units of MK22 Head Caps for First Article Testing (FAT), 10 units of FAT - Head Cap - As Cast, 4 units of FAT - Tensile Specimen, 1,350 units of Base Year Head Caps, 7 units of Base Year Tensile Specimen, 1 Lot of Base Year Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs), 600 units of Option Year I Head Caps, 7 units of Option Year I Tensile Specimen, and 1 Lot of Option Year I CDRLs. The work also includes Option Year II Head Caps, Option Year II Tensile Specimen, and Option Year II CDRLs. The manufacturing process involves casting or machining the head caps using specific technical drawings and specifications.
