MK 20 EOSS Production (FY21-25)

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a contract to L-3 Harris (Northampton, MA) for the FY21-25 production of MK 20 Electro Optical Sensor System (EOSS), Spares, and Engineering/Technical Services for United States Navy (USN), United States Coast Guard (USCG), and FMS ships. The MK 20 EOSS integrates into the Gun Weapon System to support surface activities.
This contract will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
L-3 Harris is the only existing source possessing the requisite knowledge and expertise of the MK 20 EOSS to satisfy the Government's production requirements within the required schedule.
