Background
The Missouri River Recovery Management Plan (MRRMP) aims to support the recovery of endangered species such as the pallid sturgeon, piping plover, and least tern.

The contract is issued to provide adaptive management support, focusing on technical components and assessments necessary for implementing actions, research, and monitoring related to these species.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide expertise in developing technical components and assessments for the MRRMP and its associated plans.

Specific tasks include:
1) Designing and assessing adaptive management (AM) experiments for fish and birds;
2) Developing monitoring programs with statistical expertise;
3) Training on Missouri River modeling;
4) Overseeing data management protocols;
5) Communicating program findings.

Additionally, the contractor will facilitate meetings, draft reports, document new components into the SAMP, and guide AM processes through various engagements. The contractor is also required to attend in-person meetings and participate in webinars and calls throughout the contract period.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily take place in locations relevant to the Missouri River Recovery Management Plan activities, including various meeting venues for workshops and webinars.
