Mississippi Valley Division Civil Works Areas of Interest Commercial Solutions Openings

Background
The Mississippi Valley Division (MVD) of the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is issuing this Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) to obtain innovative solutions or potential capabilities that fulfill requirements, close capability gaps, or provide technological advancements. This initiative is authorized by 10 U.S.C. 3458 and implemented by the Department of Defense (DoD).

Work Details
MVD seeks innovative commercial products, technologies, and/or services in the following Areas of Interest (AOIs):

1. Maintenance of Authorized Channel Dimensions to Sustain Navigation and Production Efficiency;
2. Materials and Repair Methods for Navigation Structures;
3. Comprehensive Above- and Below-Water Imaging of Navigation Structures;
4. Locating subaqueous subsurface objects;
5. Sedimentation Prediction Modeling for Navigable Waterways;
6. Navigation and Flood Risk Management Project Delivery;
7. Non-Structural Dry Floodproofing.

Offerors may be asked to provide solution briefs that detail their proposed solutions, including technical descriptions, mission impact, and evidence of innovation.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a continuous period with submissions accepted until May 31, 2027.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must be registered to be eligible for an award. They must submit solution briefs electronically that conform to specific formatting guidelines, including a maximum length of three pages, clear legibility, and submission in PDF format under 20 MB. The proposal must include a technical description of the solution aligned with one or more AOIs, evidence of innovation, and an estimated price (Rough Order Magnitude).
