Background
The USDA Forest Service, specifically the Holly Springs Ranger District, is seeking quotes for Road Maintenance Services. The agency intends to award one FFP Task Order to one IDIQ holder based on this RFQ. All terms and conditions of the parent IDIQ apply to this requirement.

Work Details
The Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the general requirements for the road maintenance program, including a list of roads with possible maintenance items that could be asked for at any time during the task order. The contractor is responsible for providing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, licenses, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary to successfully complete road maintenance services. The work hours are from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.
The SOW also includes specifications related to safety measures, frequency of services required, government furnished equipment/supplies, quality assurance, contractor quality control program, periodic progress meetings, and other requirements such as providing reports/job-related data and a list of employees by contract location.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from July 29, 2024, to July 25, 2025.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed in the Holly Springs Ranger District located at 1000 Front Street Oxford MS 38655.
