The purpose of this message is to post a Pre-Solicitation notice, informing industry of the forthcoming Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support (MTCCS) II Solicitation W900KK-23-R-0006, planned for release in Oct 2022.

This message announces the updated Solicitation number (W900KK-23-R-0006), which was changed due to crossing the fiscal year from FY22 to FY23. The previous DRAFT MTCCS II Solicitation number was W900KK-22-R-0035 and its associated Notice ID was W900KKMTCCSII.

The MTCCS II DRAFT Solicitation (W900KK-22-R-0035), as well as several prior Special Notices posted regarding MTCCS II (e.g., Announcements, Market Research Info, Industry Day/Site Visits, Draft Documents, Draft Solicitation), can be found at SAM.Gov, under NOTICE ID W900KKMTCCSII. The Government intends to link the prior MTCCS II Special Notices to the updated MTCCS II Solicitation number (W900KK-23-R-0006), as part of future postings.

Offerors are advised to stay tuned for further updates to the MTCCS II Solicitation (W900KK-23-R-0035), as well as the posting of the Final Solicitation, planned for release in the coming weeks.
