Workspace Request for Information

III Armored Corps at Fort Hood, TX is conducting a training exercise and has a need for workspace. MICC-Fort Hood is sending out this request for information to Industry to understand capabilities available that could meet this need. This is not a solicitation; this is requesting information and all companies that submit do so voluntarily. Please send responses to MAJ Steve Naser at steven.j.naser.mil@army.mil no later than December 12th, 2022 at 1200. The initial requirements as follows:

• NAICS 531120 Lessors of Non-Residential Buildings (except Mini-warehouses) may be considered for this requirement.
• Lease and installation at Fort Hood, Texas of 5,000 square feet of office-type workspace with the ability to surge up to 10,000 square feet
  • Within this workspace there must be at least one large briefing room/area and 4 smaller breakout rooms / offices.
  • The entire workspace must have the ability to support network connectivity. The USG will conduct the networking; however, the space must have the ability.
  • The entire workspace shall have the ability to receive power. If your solution can be powered by your company, please indicate. The Government may provide power in certain circumstances.
  • The workspace must be equipped with tables and chairs within the workspace.
• This workspace will be located on Fort Hood, TX. It is expected that the workspace will be required from 21 February 2023 until 1 May 2023.
• Please reply and indicate if your company can meet this requirement. As part of your response, please send a rough order of magnitude (ROM) for your anticipated solution. This is not a binding offer but allows the Government to estimate costs.
