APRIL 11, 2021: AMENDMENT 0003 is published. See attached documents. Please note this amendment extends the proposal due date to 2:00 PM Eastern time on April 26, 2021. Offerors are advised that another amendment will be issued within the next week to respond to questions, however, the proposal due date will NOT be extended again. Offerors are advised the Contracting Officer for this procurement is changed from Jeffrey Welch to Alexander Luker. Offerors are advised the estimated timeframe for conducting oral presentations is between April 28, 2021 and May 7, 2021.

MARCH 19, 2021: AMENDMENT 0001 is published. See attached documents. Please note this amendment extends the proposal due date to 2:00 PM Eastern time on April 21, 2021.

REMINDER: A pre-proposal webinar for all prospective Offerors will be held on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 10:00 A.M Eastern Time. The pre-proposal webinar will be conducted through Microsoft Teams and consist of a presentation relevant to the requirements of the solicitation. Each prospective Offeror interested in viewing and listening to the webinar shall send an email to Jeffrey.P.Welch@dot.gov no later than 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time on Friday, March 05, 2021. The Offeror's email shall include the company name, participant name, and participant email address of each participant. The webinar will be recorded and posted to Beta SAM as an amendment to the solicitation.

This solicitation is for Mission Information Technology Support Services (MITS). This solicitation is in support of the U.S. Department of Transportation, John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center) located in Cambridge, MA. This requirement is solicited using full and open (F&O) competitive procedures. It is anticipated that a majority of the work will be performed on-site at the Volpe Center, 55 Broadway, Cambridge, Massachusetts. Please note that due to COVID-19 the Volpe Center is currently in a maximum remote (telework) work status. The Contractor will be required to follow the Volpe Center's policies regarding remote work status.

The MITS support services include the following task areas: (1) Technology Assessments and Modernization; (2) System Analysis, Development, Deployment, Field Support, and Analytical Research Analysis; (3) System Architectures and Framework; (4) Lab Facility and Operations Support; and (5) Management and Administrative Services.
