NASA/JSC issued the Mission Enabling Services (MESC) Request for Proposal (RFP) on August 26, 2021. This notification represents Amendment 001 to the RFP. This amendment extends the proposal submission due date. Please see the SF30 in the attachment section for all identified changes/updates to the solicitation, including rationale for the extension.

The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.

The NAICS Code and Size Standard is 541512 and $30 million, respectively.

NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html

The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available on the MESC Webpage (https://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/mesc/) and at: www.SAM.gov.

It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this website for the release of this solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
