Background
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Eustis, is conducting market research to gain knowledge on interest, technical capability, and financial capacity of potential qualified small business firms with capacity to provide training program support. Responses to this Source Sought will be used by the Government in making appropriate acquisition decisions to include extent of competition. MICC-Fort Eustis intends to procure contract services to support the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) at the United States Army, Combined Arms Center (CAC), Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.

Work Details
The contract scope includes providing non-personal technical services to support the mission requirements of the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP). This involves supporting and providing services for Warfighter Exercises (WFXs), Joint Task Force (JTF)-Enabled WFX, Army Service Component Command (ASCC) / Joint and Combined Staff Training Exercises, Mission Readiness Exercise (MRX), Contingency Operations, and Deployment Exercises. The contractor is responsible for creating, updating, and sustaining a training program for the existing and future simulations utilized by MCTP and providing simulation training to U.S. Department of Defense personnel participating in a WFX and any foreign nationals only when approved by the MCTP Foreign Disclosure Officer.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes supporting five exercise variants annually, each focused on enhancing unit readiness and leader development. The contract also requires support for two forward exercise sites with capability to support a third forward site in addition to supporting MCTP operations at Fort Leavenworth, KS.

The geographic location for performance is primarily at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.
