Missile Warning, Missile Defense, and Space Domain Awareness IDIQ

Background
The Missile Warning, Missile Defense, and Space Domain Awareness Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is issued by the United States Space Force (USSF) and Space Operations Command (SpOC). The mission of this contract is to provide essential non-personal operations, maintenance, and support services for radar missions critical to national security. The objective is to ensure continuous support for missile detection, defense, and homeland defense systems in alignment with USSF policy.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all mission essential non-personal services, administrative, financial, and managerial resources necessary on a continuous 24/7 basis to support six Geographically Separated Units (GSUs) located at Cape Cod Space Force Station (SFS), Beale Air Force Base (AFB), Cheyenne Mountain SFS, Pituffik Space Base (SB), Clear SFS, and RAF Fylingdales.

- Food services and morale/welfare activities
- Industrial security
- Physical security measures
- Information management
- Transition activities.

Security classification requirements include up to Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information level in support of site Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF) communications.

Period of Performance
From February 1, 2026 to January 31, 2031.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations including Cape Cod SFS in Massachusetts, Beale AFB in California, Cheyenne Mountain SFS in Colorado, Pituffik SB in Greenland, Clear SFS in Alaska, and RAF Fylingdales in England.
