Missile Systems Production Digital Scene Matching Area Correlator (DSMAC) Life of Type Buy (LoTB) Rotary Solenoid

The purpose of this notice is to inform interested parties that the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, Maryland intends to issue a sole source Delivery Order under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-25-G-0009. This Delivery Order will contain Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) items to Raytheon Company (RAY), P.O. Box 11337, Tucson, AZ 85734-1337, to secure Rotary Solenoids, a unique part that is set to be discontinued by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). This LoTB will secure 3000 Rotary Solenoids: a sufficient quantity to support Tomahawk AUR Production and Recertification for up to 3000 missiles. The Period of Performance (PoP) anticipated for this effort will be six (6) months. The Raytheon point of contact for subcontracting opportunities is Jarrod Winters (jarrod.winters@rtx.com). RAY is the only known source capable of accomplishing this requirement in the required timeframe and without duplication of costs. The data associated with the Tomahawk missile is export controlled and is not available to foreign sources or representatives. Responsible parties may submit capability statements which shall be considered. This is not a request for proposals.
