Minuteman Village Utilities Evaluation

Background
The Minuteman Village Utility Evaluation project aims to identify deficiencies in domestic water distribution mains, sanitary sewer collection mains and manholes, sanitary service lines, and storm water collection mains, manholes and inlets in the Minuteman Village area of Malmstrom Air Force Base. The project requires the completion of all listed items and the provision of inspection reports and DVDs of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) recordings. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the project.

Work Details
The contractor is required to clean and conduct a CCTV inspection of the sanitary sewer mains and storm drain mains in the project area. This involves providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and incidentals for the cleaning and inspection. The estimated lengths of the sanitary sewer and storm drain mains to be inspected are 10,500 and 15,000 linear feet respectively. Additionally, specific requirements for CCTV equipment are outlined including a video system capable of producing a sharply focused, well-lit and color-balanced picture with specific technical specifications.

The construction projects will be performed in the Minuteman Village area of Malmstrom Air Force Base.
