Minot AFB FY21 COCESS

The 5th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) has a recurring requirement for a Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS) to provide a simplified method for CES personnel and Facility Managers to purchase materials, tools, and equipment used in the electrical, plumbing, heating/ventilation/air conditioning, refrigeration, sheet metal, welding, pipe fitting, carpentry, masonry, electronic monitoring, controls and alarms, material handling and rigging, hardware, power production, and water and waste water treatment and distribution. Supplies and equipment in this requirement will be utilized in support of maintaining Minot Air Force Base infrastructure.
