AMENDMENT 0004:

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the RFP closing date to Wed 2/19/2020 2:00 PM Local Time.

Note: It is a requirement of this RFP to notify the Contract Specialist at John.c.roberts3@navy.mil and the RTA at aaron.r.talbert@navy.mil when the proposal and product samples ship. Provide a copy of the shipping label, carrier, and tracking number for the proposal and also for the product samples. Shipping details are contained in the RFP, Section L, Proposal Requirements

AMENDMENT 0003:

The purpose of RFP N0016420RJQ74 Amendment 0003 is as follow s:
*Update Statement of Work to 15 JAN 2020 version as show n in Section J. This updates 3.9.6.1 - Markings.
*Update Section F - Deliveries.
*Section M, a, 1, 1 - "only A through K" is changed to "only A and K."
*Section M, Factor I: Technical Ratings - "...exception w ill be considered a deficiency." is changed to "...exception w ill be considered a weakness. Any proposal w hich does not meet the threshold requirements of the Performance Specification should describe the modifications the Offeror is going to make to meet those requirements in the future and identify the schedule necessary to complete the required modifications."

AMENDMENT 0002:

The purpose of this amendment is to revise Section M Evaluation Criteria, specifically (a)(1) GO/NO GO CRITERIA.

The purpose of N0016420RJQ74 RFP Amendment 0001 is to add Pre-Proposal Conference information to Section L, update Performnace
Specification to 14-NOV-2019 version, update PS Compliance Matrix to 31-OCT-2019 version, add Attachment 7 - Vendor Questions and
Answ ers, and add Attachment 8 - Base Access Pass Registration as show n in Section J. Due to technical difficulties, beta.sam.gov
(formally fbo.gov), potential offerors may not be able to access the controlleed attachments. Potential offerors may submit requests for the
controlled attachments via email to john.c.roberts3@navy.mil AND ALSO TO michelle.amos@navy.mil. Vendors must provide company
name, address, and Cage code.
