Mimics Base and Analysis Commercial Limited Licenses and Maintenance

Background
The U.S. Army Research Laboratory at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, 21005-5066 requires Mimics Base and Analysis Commercial Limited Licenses and Maintenance. The contract is for the maintenance subscription for four existing Government-owned Mimics Base and Analysis modules, as well as the procurement of one new Mimics Base module and one Analysis module license.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide the following items: Quantity one (1) Mimics Base Commercial Limited License, Quantity one (1) Analysis Commercial Limited License, Quantity four (4) Mimics Base Commercial Maintenance with a one (1) year Period of Performance (PoP), Quantity four (4) Analysis Commercial Maintenance with a one (1) year Period of Performance (PoP). Delivery shall be FOB Destination to U.S. Army Research Laboratory, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, 21005-5066 within thirty (30) days at Receipt of Order (ARO).

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the maintenance services is one year.

The contract will be performed at U.S. Army Research Laboratory, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, 21005-5066.
