Description

This is a sole source procurement under 38 U.S.C. 8123 Authority permitting other than full and open competition. The Government has determined the extent of competition based on the information stated below where the Government has already determined the contractor to be technically capable.

Market Research was conducted In Accordance With (IAW) FAR Part 10 and VAAR 810.001, which describes the policies and procedures for conducting market research to arrive at the most suitable approach to acquire, distribute, and support supplies and services.

A Request for Information (RFI) was posted to SAM on May 03, 2022, for 20 days with a response date of May 23, 2022; 28 vendors responded.
