Description

Contractor shall provide all supplies, labor, management, and supervision needed to provide shuttle services at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center located in Milwaukee, WI. All services shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work.

The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this contract to provide shuttle services at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. The goal of the contract is to enhance patient and visitor service by ensuring reliable transportation within the medical center's facilities.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary supplies, labor, management, and supervision to deliver shuttle services. Specific tasks include: transporting approximately 370 riders per day, providing a minimum of four shuttle vehicles (three must be wheelchair accessible), maintaining industry standards for service, and ensuring compliance with all VA regulations.

The contractor is responsible for managing pick-up/drop-off locations on VA property, maintaining clear fire lanes, and providing necessary equipment and materials for shuttle operations. Emergency procedures must be followed, including notifying VA Police in case of incidents. The contractor must also ensure that drivers are trained in customer service and adhere to safety regulations.
