This requirement is for the fabrication, testing, and delivery of Millimeter Wave Power Modules (MMPM) for the Airborne Threat Simulation Organization (ATSO). ATSO is the primary source of Electronic Warfare (EW) threat simulation for weapons development, test and evaluation (DT&E), Fleet training, and target applications in the Department of Defense (DoD).

Background
The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division is issuing a contract for Millimeter Wave Power Modules (MMPM) to support countermeasure systems used in evaluating U.S. weapons systems and training Fleet operators. The contract aims to fabricate, test, and deliver MMPMs, perform teardown and evaluations, repairs, and modifications to meet new threats.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide various services including:

1) First Article Unit and Test Report for MMPM as per paragraphs 2.0 and 3.1 of the SOW;

2) Production Units of MMPM with step ladder pricing over five years;

3) Teardown and Evaluation of units;

4) Repair services;

5) Hardware Modifications;

6) Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs).

Specifications include ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9000 Series Quality Management Systems Requirements Standard or equivalent.

Period of Performance
27-SEP-2020 TO 26-SEP-2025

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu CA.
