Description

This acquisition is being solicited as unrestricted for all groups. The acquisition is for fresh milk and dairy products for DoD customers in California.
Activities will include customers for the following:
Group 1: DLI Monterey, NAS Lemoore
Group 2: Vandenberg AFB
Group 3: Port Hueneme
The delivery points require an indefinite quantity of fresh milk and dairy items for delivery beginning November 3, 2019 and ending November 5, 2022. The duration of the contract is for a term of 36 months (three year period). For all Class I fluid milk items, the EPA will be applied in accordance with DLAD 52.216-9032 throughout the contract. For all class I fluid milk items, the economic price adjustment will be applied throughout the contract. Pricing for all other items will have two separate pricing tiers and pricing will remain firm-fixed for each pricing tier. The resultant awards will be for three-year fixed price type contracts with tiered pricing. Tier 1 will be for a 24-mongh performance period beginning November 3, 2019 and ending November 6, 2021. Tier 2 will be for the following 12-month performance period beginning November 7, 2021 and ending November 5, 2022.
This solicitation will be issued under FAR 15.101-2 Price Only. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful bidders. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to reviewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFP's are in Portable Document Format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. The software is available free at http://adobe.com.
