Background
The solicitation is for Military Seaflift Command (MSC) Vertrical Replinishement (VERTREP) Pacific Detachment C (PAC DET C) services. The attached document is a Synopsis and DRAFT RFP only and does not commit the Government to pay for any costs incurred in preparation of any submission to this DRAFT RFP.

Work Details
The contract includes various tasks and services such as delivery and performance, missions and conditions, regulatory compliance, certifications, aircraft requirements, maintenance, inspections, key personnel and contractor personnel requirements, medical requirements, training requirements, operational waivers, government furnished services/property, contract deliverables, general contract administration, agency and demise, performance requirement summary, security requirements, insurance requirements, laws governing. The glossary section provides definitions of terms and abbreviations commonly used in the aviation community. The SOW also includes details on critical spare components, cross-deck operations, deployment scenarios, emission control environments, aircraft readiness conditions (FMC/NMC), functional check flights (FCF), personal protective equipment (PPE), quality assurance surveillance program (QASP), and more.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from October 2020 to June 2023 with options extending to September 2023.
