Please see the solicitation, N3220524R4105, and supporting documents for Military Sealift Command's Logistics and Continuous Monitoring Program Services requirement. Included are two Question and Answers documents, DS01, which provides answers to questions submitted in response to the DRAFT RFP, and SA05 which provides answers to questions submitted in response to the RFP. Please see Solicitation Amendment 0001, which amended the email address listed for submission of proposals in FA R 52.212-1 of the Solicitation, added DFARS 252.232-7007, Limitation of Government's Obligation to the Solicitation, updated paragraph 1.13.1 of the PWS, FAR 52.212-1 Key Personnel Qualifications, and updated CDRL FS01. As detailed in FAR 52.212-1, the offeror is required to sign each amendment and return with its proposal submission. Be sure to read the RFP and all supporting documents in entirety.

Background
