Description

Please see the attached synopsis for Military Sealift Command's Food Services and Logistics Training (FSLT) requirement.

Background
The Military Sealift Command (MSC) has an immediate requirement for a non-personal services contract to provide Food Service (FS) and Logistics Training for various MSC N4 Logistics’ Directorate Divisions. The training provided under this contract will be CONUS and OCONUS, and may be performed simultaneously at multiple locations worldwide. The training may be performed remotely, virtually, via interactive platforms, onboard ships, or at designated facilities owned by the Contractor or both. The Contractor is responsible for providing qualified personnel and supplies necessary to support FS and Logistics Training, and all related functions.

Work Details
The Contractor is expected to provide Food Service (FS) and Logistics Training for various MSC N4 Logistics’ Directorate Divisions. The training may be performed simultaneously at multiple locations worldwide and may include remote, virtual, or onboard ship training. The Contractor is responsible for providing qualified personnel and supplies necessary to support FS and Logistics Training, and all related functions.

Period of Performance
The contract includes a one-month phase-in period, an eleven-month base period, four one-year option periods, and a six-month Option to extend services.

Place of Performance
The training provided under this contract will be CONUS and OCONUS, with the possibility of being performed simultaneously at multiple locations worldwide.
