Description

The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) issues this solicitation for Military Freefall (MFF) and Static Line (SL) Support Services. The Government requires full-spectrum Contractor Support related to MFF and SL tactics, techniques, and procedures necessary to enhance operator and support personnel's ability to execute missions. Offerors are encouraged to review the solicitation and all associated attachments. Specific instructions to offerors with corresponding evaluation criteria are outlined in the Addendums to FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-2.

Interested offerors SHALL follow the instructions in the solicitation to obtain the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Attachment 1- IDIQ Performance Work Statement (PWS) and (CUI) Attachment 2 Qualification Matrix.

This solicitation is issued on a Full and Open Competition basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 481219.

Background
