Background
The Military Family Readiness Center at Seymour Johnson AFB is seeking a contractor to provide data entry support for its Transition Assistance Program (TAP).
The goal of this contract is to ensure accurate data management and support for military families transitioning out of service, aligning with the agency's mission to enhance the well-being of military personnel and their families.

Work Details
The contractor will perform data entry tasks including:
1. Accurate collection, input, inventory, maintenance, and tracking of all TAP forms and systems.
2. Inputting data into the Air Force Family Integrated Result Statistical Tracking (AFFIRST) database system and other specified applications.
3. Scheduling clients for various TAP-related classes and workshops, including sending emails, preparing rosters, and accessing TAP Counseling Notices.
4. Entering specific forms such as DD Form 2648 (Pre-separation Counseling Checklist) and DD Form 2648-1 (TAP Checklist for Deactivating/Demobilizing National Guard and Reserve Service Members).
5. Delivering completed data entry within two business days of receipt and providing a monthly report to M&FRC management by the fifth working day of each month.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026, with options for additional years extending through April 30, 2029.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC.
