MIDS JTRS Reverse Engineering for organic maintenance

Background
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), through the Control and Reporting Center (CRC) Program Management Office (PMO), is seeking to reverse engineer the MIDS/JTRS Mobile System (MJMS) Transit Case and the Ancillary Rack of the AN-TSC-250(V)1.

The CRC Command and Control (C2) Communication Data Link System (CDLS) MJMS is currently at a depot level of repair, and the goal is to create a Technical Data Package to transition to an organic maintenance stance.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for creating a Technical Data Package that meets or exceeds Level 3 TDP requirements. This includes:

1. Producing 2D CAD native files with output to PDF flat drawings;
2. Developing a Drawing Tree of the MJMS;
3. Creating a Top Level Assembly Drawing that references other drawings, vendor part numbers, and mounting hardware;
4. Providing Wiring Diagrams/Interconnect Diagrams;
5. Generating Subassembly drawings for cables, interface panels, cooling trays, control drawings, laptops, UPS, network switches, fan tray assemblies, MIC/MACs, power supplies, MIDS/JTRS units, and remote power supplies;
6. Ensuring Technical Order content supports operations and maintenance concepts for the CRC CDLS MJMS;
7. Evaluating commercial manuals against MIL-PRF-32216 and MIL-DTL-7700 standards. Additionally, reports required include Special Packaging Instructions, Technical Data Package, Product Design Data and Associated Lists, Conceptual Design Data, Developmental Design Data and Associated Lists, Commercial Design Data and Associated Lists, Special Inspection Equipment Design Data and Associated Lists, Special Tooling Design Data and Associated Lists, Source Control Approval Requests, Document Number Assignment Reports, Required Manufacturing Process Description Approval Requests, Software Version Descriptions (SVD), Software Documentation, Engineering Drawing Trees, Technical Data Package Lists, Acquisition and Sustainment Data Package (ASDP) Engineering Design Data and Associated Lists (EDDAL), Required Manufacturing Process Description for Additive Manufacturing, and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Manuals with Supplemental Data.
