Submission of Quotes: Offerors must follow the requirements of FAR 52.212-1 Addendum, 52.212-2 Addendum, and the Quote Instructions and Evaluation Criteria provided in the solicitation document to create the quote. Quote is required to be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist on or before the date and time specified in the RFQ.
