Background
USAID/Afghanistan is extending services under BPA # 72028021CA00002 to include support for USAID/Afghanistan operations. This action is justified under the Expedited Acquisition and Assistance Procedures (EPP) for Afghanistan.

Work Details
The MENA-ISS Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) provides administrative, technical, and programmatic staff support services to field-based programs managed by USAID in the MENA region. This modification will extend support to USAID/Afghanistan, allowing PM Consulting Group to provide critical support services necessary for updating facilities, relocating personnel, hiring and training local staff, and maintaining non-presence mission operations in Afghanistan.

The BPA is uniquely positioned to quickly provide surge support for staffing and infrastructure needs.

Place of Performance
USAID/Afghanistan operations, with temporary relocation activities in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and reconstitution efforts in Astana, Kazakhstan.
