Technical and Professional Support Services for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center in Norfolk, VA. This requirement will be competed under the Seaport-NxG Multiple Award Contract (MAC) among all service-disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) MAC holders in all zones. All Clauses contained in the SeaPort-NxG Multiple Award IDIQ contract are hereby incorporated in full by reference herein and are applicable to this solicitation/contract and are supplemented herein. Only clauses and provisions requiring fill-ins or clauses unique to this task order have been included in full text in this solicitation. All respondents should indicate their current Seaport-NxG contract number as part of their submission.

The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) is issuing a requirement for Technical and Professional Support Services in Norfolk, VA. This contract will be competed under the Seaport-NxG Multiple Award Contract (MAC) specifically among service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) MAC holders. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive support to MARMC departments, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational efficiency.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide technical and professional support services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:
1. Quality Assurance Technician - 2 personnel required to ensure quality requirements are specified and maintained.
2. Management Analyst - 1 personnel to prepare reports, analyze data, and recommend process improvements.
3. Habitability Program Logistics Specialist - 1 personnel for logistics support.
4. Production Controller II - 6 personnel for production oversight.
5. Senior Schedule Analyst - 2 personnel for schedule management.
6. Administrative Specialist - 2 personnel for administrative support.
7. Logistics Analysts - 13 personnel for supply chain management.
8. Engineering Technicians - various roles requiring a total of 6 personnel for technical support across different engineering disciplines.
9. Technical Instructor - 1 personnel to deliver training on marine welding and systems.

Period of Performance
The contract has an initial period of performance of 8 months with four optional one-year extensions, allowing for a total potential performance period of up to five years.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at Naval Station Norfolk, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia; St. Julien's Creek; JEB Little Creek; and contractor facilities within a 25-mile radius of MARMC.
