The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Fleet Directorate intends to solicit on behalf of the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) on a limited source basis to auhorized resellers of Microsoft Corporation (CAGE: 60128) in accordance with FAR 12.102(a). The instant requirement is for Microsoft Unified Support Services at the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO). As part of the instant requirement, the contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools and materials necessary to provide comprehensive Microsoft Unified Enterprise support including Tiered, Critical Escalation Support as well as Power BI Modeling and Data Architecture Support by fully qualified Microsoft Subject Matter Experts . The resultant contract will be issued on a firm-fixed-price (FFP) basis and contain one (1) 12-month performance period:

  • 29 September 2026 through 28 September 2027

Background
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department intends to solicit Microsoft Corporation on a sole source basis for Microsoft Unified Support Services at the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO).

The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive Microsoft Unified Enterprise support tailored to NAVOCEANO's mission, ensuring the availability of fully qualified Microsoft Subject Matter Experts.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, and materials necessary for:
1. Comprehensive Microsoft Unified Enterprise support including Tiered and Critical Escalation Support.
2. Power BI Modeling and Data Architecture Support by fully qualified Microsoft Subject Matter Experts.
3. Facilitation of delivery of Microsoft software Technical Critical support in both Unclassified and Secret environments via phone or on-site as required.
4. Compliance with DOD and Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) requirements.
5. Safeguarding all government equipment, information, and property provided for contractor use.
6. Monthly progress reports detailing account deliveries, solutions, planning, hours utilized, and cases handled.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period from September 29, 2026, through September 28, 2027.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Naval Oceanographic Office located at 1002 Balch Boulevard, Stennis Space Center, MS 39522-5001.
