Background
The Microsoft Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) software contract is administered by the Interior Business Center, AQD Acquisition Services Directorate. The contract aims to provide ongoing software assurance and support for all Microsoft licenses owned by PBGC, including access to and support for various Microsoft products and services obtained through subscriptions, as well as services and support for PBGC's Microsoft Azure GGC and Commercial cloud instances running IaaS and PaaS components.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide the Microsoft Enterprise License Agreement to provide ongoing software assurance and support for all Microsoft licenses that PBGC owns. This includes providing access to and support for various Microsoft products and services obtained through subscriptions, such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project online, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide services and support for PBGC's Microsoft Azure GGC and Commercial cloud instances running IaaS and PaaS components which host and/or support numerous critical PBGC IT infrastructure and business applications.
