The U.S. Government desires to procure 67 Parking Spots (2 Full time/Permanent and 65 Weekly Mon-Fri.), within 0.25 miles of MEP Miami at the Claude Pepper Federal Building 51 SW 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33130 within the area delineated by the boundaries of NW 2nd St, SE 1st Ave, SW 3rd St, SW 2nd Ave in Miami.

Background
The United States Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM) is seeking to lease 67 parking spaces near the Miami Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) located at the Claude Pepper Federal Building.

USMEPCOM serves as a gateway for qualified applicants entering the U.S. Armed Forces, ensuring they meet necessary qualifications before enlisting. The MEPS Miami recently relocated to a GSA building that lacks parking facilities, creating financial and administrative challenges for MEPCOM personnel. The goal of this contract is to alleviate these burdens and support the mission of attracting and retaining qualified personnel.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide 67 designated leased parking spaces for MEPCOM personnel and government-owned automobiles within a specified delineated area in Miami, FL. The parking lot must meet the following requirements:
- **Service Hours**: 65 parking spaces available from 0500 to 1900, Monday through Friday; 2 government-owned vehicles available 24/7.
- **Dimensions**: Each space must be at least 18 feet long and 8.5 feet wide, clearly marked.
- **Pavement**: Surface materials should be asphalt or concrete with adequate drainage.
- **Security**: The lot must minimize accidents and security risks with proper lighting, restricted access points, operational security cameras, and visible security presence.
- **Maintenance**: The lot should be well-maintained with no potholes or obstructions, including regular trash disposal.
- **Access Path**: A safe walking path from the parking lot to the MEPS front door must be maintained, well-paved, unobstructed, and lighted.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of one year with four additional option periods of twelve months each.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed near the Miami MEPS at the Claude Pepper Federal Building located at 51 SW 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33130, within the boundaries of NW 2nd St, SE 1st Ave, SW 3rd St, and SW 2nd Ave.
