MI-Pendills Creek NFH-HVAC Replacement for Quarters 18, 19, 24

Scope of Work Pendills Creek National Fish Hatchery Quarters HVAC Replacement All work performed must meet most recent state of Michigan building codes. All supplied and installed components and materials will be new. Supply and install three complete HVAC systems to industry standards. All work to be performed in housing units 18, 19, and 24 at Pendills Creek National Fish Hatchery, 21990 W. Trout Lane, Brimley, MI 49715. Contractor is responsible for proper sizing of HVAC system to ensure efficient heating and cooling. Contractor is responsible for verifying all dimension and sizing ,and supplying all components and materials required at each house for complete install. Remove three existing HVAC systems including furnace, coils, condensers, adapting ducting, line sets and dispose according to local regulation. Supply and install three new propane forced air furnaces to accommodate three separate 1260 square foot single level homes, no basements, with a minimum Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) of 93%. Connect to existing propane supply. Provide propane short piping as needed for connection to existing supply line. Furnace location in utility room inside the house. Supply and connect all electrical wiring and electrical components for entire HVAC system Supply and Install new heat exchange coils as one package with the furnace or separate for best installation with existing ducting. Included all adaptive ducting to connect new components to existing ducting. Supply and install new air conditioning condensing units, condenser pads or foundations, line sets, and electrical on each of the three houses. Condensing units need to be sized correctly for the square footage of the house. No existing line sets or condensing unit currently exists at any of the three houses. Seal all house penetrations from install or removal of HVAC system to ensure moisture, rodents and insects cannot get through. Install new thermostat recommended for HVAC system. Install new thermostat wire if existing does not meet the requirement of the new HVAC system and thermostat. Test system in all operating modes and ensure proper operation.
