This update is to publish amendment three to the GSP solicitation. This amendment is to allow for the submission of proposals either by PIEE or via email. Please refer to the updated addendum to 52.212-1 (yellow highlighted section) for specific information.

It is critical that you adhear to the 20MB file size limitation. The solicitation response date has not been extended as a result of this update.

As of this morning the PIEE solicitation has been created for the purposes of providing proposal responses.
