Background
The Government is posting the revised DRAFT RFP relevancy rating definitions for further review and comment by Industry since changes were made from feedback the Government received at Industry Day, Site Visit and one on one meetings. The relevancy is tied to the IDIQ as a whole, not just delivery order 0001. The Government is answering approximately 150 questions from Industry, but wanted to provide this item for further input since it is available before the answers to the questions are ready to be posted. We hope to also post the revised Technical elements from sections L&M again if there is time before the final RFP posting.
