MFP Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services   2

This solicitation is being issued as 100% set-aside for small businesses. The solicitation

is for the performance of preventive maintenance (PM) and repair services on Government

owned Miscellaneous Food Processing Equipment (MFP) as required for the Defense

Commissary Agency commissaries located at Fort Jackson, Shaw AFB, Parris Island, Charleston

NWS & Charleston AFB. The MFP consists of the following: Meat Conveyor (portable,

inclined), Meat Saws, Mixer/Grinder systems (single & tandem), Electric & Gas Rotary Roll-In

Oven (single & double racks), Mini Rotary Oven with Proofer, Roll-In Proofer, Meat

Molder/Bulker, Meat Tenderizer (table top), Meat Cleaver (horizontal slicer), Meat Slicer

(automatic) and Rotisserie. A Time and Materials contract is contemplated. The RFP will be

posted on Sam.Gov at https://sam.gov. Offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation at this

site. The product service code (PSC) is J073. North American Industry Classification System

(NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $8 million. All responsible sources

may submit an offer, which will be considered by the above agency. By submission of an offer,

the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the

System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of any contract resulting from

this solicitation to include listing NAICS Code 811310 in the database prior to award of any

contract resulting from this solicitation.
