This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice of the Government's intent to issue a solicitation for the Construction of Civil Works at two border crossing sites (Mexicali and Zaragoza in Mexico). This acquisition will be

100% Small Business Set-Aside.

The order of magnitude for this requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The estimated period of performance is 90 calendar days.

The solicitation is expected to be posted on December 21, 2016 and available for 30 days - reference SAQMMA-17-R-0076. Proposal response time and submittal will be specified at the time the solicitation is posted. A pre-proposal conference and/or site visit(s) will be scheduled and included in the solicitation. Award of a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Type Contract is anticipated within 60 days of proposal receipt
