Background

The contractor is required to deliver a total of 3,300 pounds of METHYLENEBIS in 30-to-40-pound bags. The product must comply with WS 23151 and be sourced from qualified manufacturers listed in MIL-DTL-82886A Table VI. Acceptable brands include:

- Cyanox 2246 by Cytec Industries Inc
- Ralox 46 by Raschig
- CAO-5 by PMC Specialties.

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) must accompany each shipment, detailing the manufacturer name, product name, National Stock Number (NSN), specification, lot/batch number, manufacture date, expiration date, and a statement confirming no changes in materials or processes. Additionally, packaging labels must include all relevant information as specified. A sample may be required for government review/testing prior to contract award.
