Description
This is a non-personal services requirement to provide meter data management services throughout the United States and its Territories, Hawaii, Germany, Italy, Japan and the Republic of Korea. It is critical that offerors comply with mandatory Federal, State, and military regulations and standards.

Scope of Work
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Center (CEHNC) primary purpose of this requirement is to operate, sustain, and maintain the centralized MDMS in order to accomplish the primary mission of (1) delivering dependable meter data, (2) use industry standards to normalize data and establish facility energy consumption relative to other facilities, (3) providing tools in an easy-to- use interface to enable facility and energy program managers to: (a) identify and confirm opportunities for energy reduction, support continual advancement and optimization in capabilities and technologies, (b) keep the system in accordance with applicable laws, policies, executive orders, regulations, instructions, and guidance, (c) and continually use system engineering techniques to reduce system sustainment cost and complexity.

Offer due date
Offer shall shipped proposal to: US Army Engineering and Support Center- Huntsville, 5021 Bradford Dr., Huntsville, AL 35805. The package exterior should contain the solicitation number and the POCs: Kijafa T Johnson-Cooper and Robin Boateng. Hand carried proposals must be delivered to the Mail Room at 5021 Bradford Dr, Huntsville, AL 35805 and time-stamped prior to the closing time. Electronic submissions will NOT be accepted. Proposal shall be received no later than 05 April 2019, 2:00 PM Central Time.
