Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking proposals for the production of various metal parts, including Mk16 and Mk11 Pallet Adapters, Dummy Nose Plugs, Fuze Adapters, and others.

This contract is a total Small Business Set Aside. The goal is to manufacture components for the assembly and shipping of All Up Round 5” Projectiles and 5” Propelling Charges for the U.S. Navy's training, combat, test, development, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) operations.

Period of Performance
The contract will be awarded for a five-year period with a minimum guarantee of $1,500,000 and a maximum contract value of $30,000,000.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to designated locations as specified in the contract.
